ATT. Franklin Audissey Has been Partner in Audissey L. & Associates since 1996 and heads up the property and Commercial departments. 

He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property, agricultural property, residential estates and receiverships, commercial lending and corporate restructuring. He acts for Financial Institutions, Credit Unions, PLCs, and SMEs and Farm Partnerships. 

Franklin Audissey also has an extensive private client practice and acts for private clients in the purchase, sale and mortgaging of residential property, family law, wills and trusts.

ROBERT W.S.T DALY joined Audissey L.& Associates in 2001. He advises on a broad range of employment law matters, including contracts of employment, terms of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, unfair dismissal, redundancy and employment equality. ROBERT W.S.T DALY has a large private and corporate client base and regularly acts in Circuit Court and High Court litigation matters, particularly in personal injury cases.

ROBERT W.S.T DALY is also a valued member of our Family Law Department, and adopts a practical approach to client’s problems, placing a strong emphasis on reaching a negotiated conclusion. However, where such agreements are not possible, he has extensive experience in representing clients in District Court, Circuit Court and High Court family law proceedings.

Head of Litigation/Trust & Property Management at Audissey L.&  Associates and a qualified Solicitor of over 26 years standing, Mia Wolfgang is also a Mediator and Arbitrator and has been admitted as a fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators of Ireland. 

LS. Mia Wolfgang engages in all areas of Litigation with particular focus on high value/high net worth cases for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

She has extensive experience in acting as Defense Solicitor for a number of the largest insurance companies in the State and by whom he is consulted on an ongoing basis for advice in matters concerning Defense and Dispute resolution, while also advising on coverage issues, liability and matters of quantum and reserves.

In addition, L.S Mia Wolfgang is the Solicitor of choice for a large range of clients requiring representation in prosecuting and defending professional negligence actions. He has acted as Arbitrator and represented parties in complex arbitrations and mediations. L.S Mia Wolfgang is highly respected in the profession and has a reputation for a no nonsense and practical, solutions-based approach to problems encountered by his clients.
